Duties
- Host live streaming sessions on the WhatNot platform, presenting products with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Engage actively with viewers through chat, answering questions and encouraging interaction to foster a lively community atmosphere.
- Demonstrate product features, usage tips, and benefits clearly to enhance viewer understanding and interest.
- Coordinate with team members to prepare product displays and organize stream schedules effectively.
- Maintain professionalism by adhering to brand guidelines, phone etiquette, and guest relations standards during all interactions.
- Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
- Collect viewer feedback and insights to improve future streams and increase audience engagement.
Experience
- No experience in the industry required. Product insight and knowledge will be gained with training during your first few weeks of employment.
- The "Hustle" Mentality: Live commerce moves fast. You need to be quick on your feet, able to multi-task (talking while pinning items), and stay positive under pressure.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the WhatNot app, good lighting setups, and basic troubleshooting is a must.
- Reliability: Our community shows up when we say we’ll be there. Punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable.
Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour
