- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Travel Only
- 50-mile radius rule – no local candidates
- On-Call: No
- Floating: Optional
Pay Package
- Weekly Gross: $2,650/week
- Taxable Rate: $39.00/hour
- Overtime Rate: $58.50/hour
- Taxable Weekly: $1,404
- Tax-Free Stipends: $1,246/week
- Blended Hourly Rate: $73.61/hour
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
- Assist with EP ablations, including PVI procedures.
- Support pacemaker, ICD, SICD, and structural heart procedures.
- Assist physicians and the EP team with specialized cardiac procedures.
- Maintain patient safety and follow established clinical and procedural protocols.
- Accurately document procedures and patient care activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent EP Lab/Cardiac Electrophysiology experience
- AHA BLS required
- AHA ACLS required
- RCIS (CVT) certification required
- Prior experience with EP procedures and cardiac devices
- Prior travel experience required
- Strong knowledge of EP Lab equipment and procedures
Unit/Procedure Experience
Experience with the following is highly relevant:
- ICD
- SICD
- Pacemakers
- Structural Heart
- EP Ablation
- PVI procedures
Holiday Requirement
Northside requires travelers to work 2 of the 3 major holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day
And 1 minor holiday:
- Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- New Year's Eve
