Established and growing home improvement company seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling and renovation projects from start to finish. We are looking for a driven, organized leader who can manage crews, maintain timelines, control budgets, and ensure top-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage residential remodeling projects (kitchen, bath, roofing, additions, exterior renovations, etc.)
- Schedule and supervise subcontractors and crews
- Order and coordinate materials and deliveries
- Monitor budgets, job costs, and timelines
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Handle permits, inspections, and change orders
- Ensure job site safety and quality control
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
- Ability to lift 70lbs
- Clean up job debris when necessary
- Complete minor punch out when necessary
Requirements:
- 1+ years of project management experience in residential construction or home improvement
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling
- Ability to read blueprints and contracts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliability is a must
