Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS systems Clover, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including wine, beer, and beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments securely
- Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and ensure accuracy in food presentation
- Assist with setting up dining areas, cleaning tables promptly, and managing guest relations to foster a welcoming environment in both fine dining and nightclub settings
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Clover, Toast, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing sales transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Previous experience in fine dining or fast-paced environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is ESSENTIAL (you have to want to be here & make a difference.)
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD (serving alcohol)
EXPECTED TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS, TUESDAY-SUNDAY (not everyday) 5-8:30pm. TIME CHANGES PER WORKER EXPECTED BASED ON THEIR AVAILABILITY.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
