Prestige Medical Group is seeking a Senior Accountant / CPA to support the financial operations of our growing multi-site healthcare organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial performance, strengthening accounting controls, and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
The Senior Accountant / CPA will serve as a key accounting resource for leadership by providing financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, assisting with cash flow management, and helping ensure the organization's financial integrity. This position works collaboratively with operational leaders, external auditors, tax professionals, and finance leadership to support informed decision-making and organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Technical Accounting Expertise
Demonstrates strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Ability to evaluate financial information, identify trends, investigate variances, and provide meaningful recommendations.
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and support organizational growth.
Maintains a high degree of accuracy while managing complex financial information and multiple priorities.
Builds effective working relationships with operational leaders, finance leadership, external partners, and vendors to support organizational objectives.

The Senior Accountant / CPA plays a critical role in supporting the financial health, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth of Prestige Medical Group. Through accurate financial reporting, strong accounting practices, process improvement initiatives, and effective internal controls, this position helps leadership make informed business decisions while ensuring the organization's financial integrity.
The individual in this role will contribute to building scalable accounting processes that support a growing multi-site healthcare organization. Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, healthcare accounting expertise, and demonstrated technical proficiency.
This position operates in a professional healthcare office environment and may require occasional travel between Prestige Medical Group locations. The role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
