Job Description:
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times.
- Extensive experience operating a variety of construction equipment including excavators, front end loaders, skid-steers, and compactors safely and efficiently.
- Understanding of OSHA rules and requirements.
- Experience in reading plans and understanding construction staking.
- Help train crew members.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Interact with clients, owners, engineers, inspectors, coworkers, and the public in a professional manner.
- Some projects may require being out of town.
