School-Based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

We are a small, occupational therapist–owned clinic partnering with a supportive Yolo County school district to provide high-quality, student-centered occupational therapy services. We are seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) who values collaboration, reasonable caseloads, and a work environment where clinicians are truly supported and not treated like a number.

Position Highlights
- School-based OT services for students with IEPs
- Reasonable, manageable caseloads with district support
- COTA/L support available as needed
- Collaborative school teams that value OT input
- School-year schedule with built-in breaks and summers off
Compensation
- $58–$70 per hour, based on experience and role structure
- Paid for direct and indirect time aligned with school expectations
- Full-time, 10-month school-year position

- 14 days PTO accrued (aligned with district calendar)
- Option to work summer ESY and/or Early Intervention for additional income
Qualifications
- Current California OTR/L license
- School-based experience preferred (new grads welcome with mentorship)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while feeling supported
