As part of our mission to pave the way for student success nationwide, Therapy Source is actively seeking a dedicated, full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services to K-12 charter school students in Jacksonville, Florida, for the current school year.

Compensation: Up to $70,125 annually
Schedule: Full-Time (typically Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–3:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic testing
Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs)
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Track student progress, maintain accurate session notes, and complete required documentation
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
Attend and participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License OR Florida Department of Education certification (as required for school-based practice)
- Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
