We are a growing, residential cleaning company serving homes in the Winter Garden/Windermere area. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner with prior cleaning experience who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company—not just show up for a paycheck. This is a W2 position.
This is not an entry-level position for someone trying cleaning for the first time.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior professional cleaning experience required (residential or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail (we clean to a high standard)
- Physically able to clean for at least 3–6 hours per shift
- Reliable transportation and punctuality!
- Consistent weekday availability and dependability with the agreed-upon schedule
- Comfortable working in high-end homes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn our systems
Position Details
- Start: Part-time (with fast growth into full-time)
- Typical shifts: 3–6 hours per day
- Workdays: Weekdays Monday to Friday
- Pay: $18/hour starting + tips (keep 100% of tips) + bonus & commission opportunities
