CAMS is on the search for a full-time Assistant Manager to aid in daily office operations and perform routine inspections of a HOA community.
The Assistant Manager will also sit at the front of house of the community. Prior Home Owner Association or property management experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job
- Provide coverage to the front desk
- Greet, welcome and direct clients that come into the office.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Attend Management firm meetings, as necessary
- Maintain communication with homeowners
- Respond to homeowners needs.
- Review and process all owner inquiries
- Maintain entry system: assign amenity entry key fobs and entry gate information
- Managing pool memberships, payments and entry fobs
- Assisting with planning of events in the community
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies, as necessary
- Maintain physical appearance of the on-site office
- Assist with the ARC Modification process
- Contact and assist vendors for community maintenance and special projects
- Request proposals for services and follow up
- Report and communicate any equipment repair/maintenance services
- Ensure adherence to the quality standard and health and safety regulations necessary for the Master/Amenity Associations
- Excellent communication skills

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to learn on the job
- Some general accounting/financial knowledge
