Auxi Services LLC is seeking experienced, dependable independent contractors to perform apartment turns, renovations, and full-unit rebuilds for multifamily properties throughout Columbia, South Carolina, and surrounding areas.

Scope of Work
Contractors may perform one or more of the following services:
· Interior painting
· Drywall installation and repair
· Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installation
· Baseboard and trim installation
· Cabinet installation and repairs
· Interior door installation
· Demolition and debris removal
· Punch list completion
· Appliance installation
· Construction and final cleaning
Compensation
Pay is based on completed units.
Typical contractor earnings per completed unit:
· Renovation Technician: $300–$600 per unit
· Apartment Turn Technician: $150–$300 per unit
· Turn Cleaning Technician: $100–$175 per unit
· Project Lead / Quality Control: $50–$125 per unit
Payment Terms:
· Net 30 after completed work has been inspected, approved, and all required documentation has been received.
Contractor Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of apartment renovation or construction experience
· Reliable transportation
· Own hand tools (preferred)
· Smartphone with camera
· Ability to meet project deadlines
· Professional attitude and quality workmanship
· Ability to work independently

Required Documents
Before work can be assigned, contractors must submit:
· W-9
· Independent Contractor Agreement
· Certificate of Insurance (if applicable)
· Valid government-issued photo ID
· Business license (if applicable)
· Resume or work history
· Completed Vendor Enrollment Packet
· Background check authorization (if required by property management clients)
· Drug screening acknowledgment (if required by specific properties)
· Proof of workers’ compensation coverage or an exemption, if applicable
· Proof of general liability insurance (for business entities)
