We’re looking for a rockstar Fitness Instructor who knows how to motivate, connect, and lead. Someone who lives and breathes the fitness lifestyle, who can command a room, move with purpose, and build community through movement.

What You’ll Do
Lead powerful, high-intensity group classes that get people fired up and coming back for more.
Bring your unique style to the floor, whether it’s strength training, yoga flow, HIIT, or functional movement.
Deliver personalized attention in every class, keeping members safe, challenged, and inspired.
Support and motivate clients with a deep understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, and alignment.
Build relationships that go beyond the studio, create a loyal community that reflects Pure House NYC’s vibe.
Stay current with fitness trends and be open to continuous growth, learning, and collaboration.
Represent the Pure House brand — in and out of class — with authenticity, confidence, and passion.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading group fitness classes or personal training.
Strong understanding of movement, anatomy, and proper form.
Certified in at least one discipline (NASM, ACE, AFAA, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, etc.).
A natural motivator who can light up the room and get the best out of people.
Excellent communication skills and a strong on-mic presence.
Team player who thrives in a high-energy, music-fueled, community-driven space.
Must be available to work weekdays and weekends, weekends are 100% mandatory.
