What You’ll Do
▪ Provide skilled therapy services to patients in their homes
▪ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
▪ Educate patients and families to promote optimal mobility and recovery
▪ Collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless patient care
What We’re Looking For
✅ Current Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state
✅ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
✅ Passion for home health care and patient-centered therapy
Locations Hiring:
We are actively seeking Therapists in mainly in Ventura county & also West LA, Oxnard county, Lancaster, San Fernando Valley, Riverside and Sherman Oaks
