The Dispatch Coordinator is the vital link between our customers and our field team. You will be responsible for taking incoming calls, assessing client needs, and strategically scheduling and dispatching services according to urgency. You will lead our logistical efforts to ensure an extraordinary, seamless customer experience.
Schedule and dispatch technicians or equipment to appropriate locations based on predetermined schedules, customer requests, or emergency needs.
Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system, quickly prioritizing and organizing calls by urgency.
Relay clear, accurate information between customers, field technicians, and management.
Manage and update digital work requests, completed jobs, customer files, and service charges.
Proactively update customers throughout the day regarding their technician’s estimated arrival progress.
Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date digital call logs and internal documentation.
Mindset: A proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who excels at multitasking with minimal supervision.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey detailed info clearly and maintain professional confidentiality.
Time Management: Strong ability to manage time effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability: Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is an absolute must.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional dispatching experience.
Software: Proven experience using at least one of the following applications: ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Desktop, or Google Suite.
License: Possess a valid driver’s license.
Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Ability to operate a computer, multi-line phone, and standard office equipment effectively.
Ability to work productively at a stationary workstation using a personal computer for extended periods.
Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, and concentrate daily.
