We’re looking for line and prep cooks who care about what they do and can own their prep list and station. Someone who thrives in service, respects the craft, and knows how to work in a kitchen without losing their cool. What You’ll Do
- Hold the line on quality, seasoning, and execution every single plate
- Keep prep tight, your station dialed, and service smooth
- Manage your prep, inventory, and waste with intention
- Enforce cleanliness, food safety, and standards—no shortcuts
- Bring ideas, but know when to execute the playbook

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 55.0 per week
