We are looking for someone with experience in dispatching out trucks daily to join our team. We make residential and commercial deliveries to customers with tandems and flatbeds of aggregates, soils and stones. Along with assisting walk in customers and customers over the phone.
- Pay is based on experience and performance.
- Receive and take phone orders/in person orders.
- Coordinate dispatch for deliveries.
- Follow up on your deliveries to make sure the dispatching is on schedule.
- Basic data entry skills, phone skills needed to take customers orders.
- Provide quotes and pricing to customers over the phone and in person.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Able to multitask is a must.
- Knowledge with materials, EX: Sand, mulch, gravel, rock, stone & soil.
- Bilingual is a must.
- Work experience as a dispatcher.
- Organizational skills
- Be able to make decisions quickly and confidently.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm
