Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
- Maintain a sterile environment by following aseptic techniques and ensuring proper sanitation.
- Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to communicate effectively with patients.
- Perform X-rays and manage medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow, ensuring a smooth operation of the dental office.
Qualifications
- Proficient in chairside assisting and dental terminology
- Experience with 3D scanners and general dentistry practices
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to perform X-rays and manage pediatric dentistry tasks
