Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and therapy plans
- Develop individualized treatment programs and functional goals
- Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and discharge recommendations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy License required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
