The role of the Front of House Team Leader is to lead the front counter, dining room, and drive-thru teams with excellence. FOH Team Leaders create a positive environment, ensure smooth shift operations, and coach Team Members to deliver attentive, friendly, and guest-focused service.

Lead FOH shifts to meet or exceed speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction goals

Model and protect Chick-fil-A’s culture by demonstrating our Purpose, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction

Ensure the daily use of operational systems within the FOH

Hold Team Members accountable to performance and service standards

Assign roles and breaks strategically to maintain full coverage

Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks before they impact Guests

Maintain clear communication with BOH leadership for optimized throughput

Proactively address Guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
