We are looking for dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our paving and construction crews.
This is an outdoor, hands-on construction position working on private and public works projects throughout California and Nevada. Travel is an important part of the job.
Our employees typically work May through November and earn approximately $70,000–$90,000 on average during the season, depending on experience, hours worked, project schedules, and other applicable factors.

Job Responsibilities
As a General Laborer, you will work alongside our paving and construction crews and assist with daily field operations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with paving and general construction operations
- Perform outdoor physical labor
- Prepare, clean, and maintain job sites
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials and equipment
- Assist equipment operators and other crew members
- Use hand and power tools as directed
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and productive job site
- Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Work as part of a paving and construction crew
- Travel to job sites throughout California and Nevada
Qualifications
- Paving or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout California and Nevada
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and job-site conditions
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Dependable and committed to showing up ready to work
- Safety-minded and able to follow directions
- Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
