We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join the AHCL team in Clearlake, California, providing high-quality therapy services to support patients in improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to restore function and mobility
Document care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Physical Therapy, or a related field
1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for registration
BLS certification (current)
Valid California driver’s license when travel is required
APTA membership preferred
