Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and customer service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff
- Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Forecast, purchase, and scale inventory levels to support business growth while controlling costs and minimizing waste
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Handle cash management and POS operations
- Support hiring and team development
- Identify and implement creative ways to increase sales, customer traffic, and community visibility
- Develop partnerships, promotions, and marketing initiatives that drive business growth
- Help identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Management or supervisory experience in food service preferred
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and team-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities to increase sales and business visibility.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious with a desire to grow alongside a scaling business
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
