We are a licensed counseling agency dedicated to “facilitating resilience through healing relationships.” Our team specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR, serving individuals, couples, families, and groups. We proudly accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and self-pay clients, providing care to high-functioning professionals navigating life transitions, relational distress, trauma, sexual difficulties, faith crises, and more.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent.
- Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LMFT) or other pre licensed with at least 25 client hours/week availability.
- Comfortable documenting medical necessity for insurance reimbursement and completing timely notes.
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, warm, and professional.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with EMR systems, Microsoft 365, video recording, and telehealth platforms.
- Experience or strong interest in EFT, EMDR,IFS or trauma-informed care, sex therapy, faith/spiritual integration, and working with diverse populations (including LGBTQ+).
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings.
- Must practice exclusively within AZRI—no outside independent practice permitted. Community Health ok Must be oked by Management.

Pay: $52.00 - $75.00 per hour
