QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of three (3) years of administrative secretarial experience; experience in public
education settings preferred. -
Ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task numerous complex administrative activities, work
collaboratively, and manage time with minimal supervision. -
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Outlook 365, Google Suite; skilled in the use of
graphics, charts, tables, spreadsheets, and word processing. -
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required including record keeping, filing, organization of office procedures and general office management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant telephone personality.

Experience with bookkeeping and maintaining budgets.

Preference will be given to District Employees.

$39,742/CP-6 as approved by the Board of Trustees for the School Year
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-
Prepare correspondence, forms, and department publications.
-
Process purchase orders, maintain ledger sheets, and reconcile budget reports for multiple department accounts and for the Instructional Technology bond; coordinate with distributors as needed for the Instructional Technology bond.

Coordinate with the Director of Instructional Technology and curriculum software vendors to create and maintain the Instructional Materials Allotment spreadsheet and process software purchases.

Process iSupport tickets and route them to the appropriate person for resolution.

Collaborate with Tech Services Asset Management to assign classroom technology equipment.

Manage the director’s calendar, mail, and phone correspondence.

Prepare agendas and materials needed for meetings and staff development sessions.

Provide admin support for the Digital Learning Conference and Edtech Live.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
