A well-established nonprofit behavioral health organization in Upstate New York is seeking a Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for its outpatient mental health program. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who enjoys leadership while maintaining a meaningful clinical practice in a supportive, community-focused setting.
The Medical Director will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and clinical oversight while helping guide program development, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. The position includes supervision and collaboration with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary behavioral health staff serving children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
- Interest in leadership and program oversight
- Experience supervising advanced practice providers preferred
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare
Relocation required for this full-time leadership opportunity.
Pay: $300,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
