Balloon & Paper is hiring dependable crew members for project-based event work including installations, strike, deliveries, warehouse prep, and on-site production support.
This is flexible gig-style work with varying schedules based on event needs. Many projects take place evenings and weekends, but schedules vary week to week.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with event installations and breakdowns
- Loading/unloading balloons, rentals, props, and materials
- Heavy lifting and moving equipment
- Working on ladders and fast-paced event setups
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness during projects
- Following timelines and team direction on-site
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable car
- Must be punctual and responsive
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable with physical work and long setup days when needed
- Event, warehouse, production, staging, or decor experience is a plus
