Duties
- Prepare and serve food from the food truck
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Provide excellent customer service and upsell menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Manage time efficiently to meet customer demands
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team and help colleagues when needed
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items
