Position Summary
The Power Washer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of barns, rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas using industrial pressure washing equipment. This position supports a safe, clean, and bio secure work environment while following company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
This position is located in Buena Vista, TN.
Consistent part-time schedule - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9-hour shifts.

Essential Job Functions
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks according to established schedules and procedures.
- Operate gas-powered and electric pressure washers to clean barns, rooms, hallways, equipment, and other assigned areas.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environments.
- Inspect assigned work areas and report equipment malfunctions, facility damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all company sanitation, biosecurity, and safety procedures.
- Promote and support the company's safety culture.
- Work independently while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is physically demanding and safety sensitive. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, climb, and reach while performing cleaning duties.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment, hoses, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Operate both gas-powered and electric pressure washers and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform repetitive movements involving the hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders throughout the workday.
- Maintain balance while working on wet, slippery, uneven, or outdoor surfaces.
- Maintain visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses, to identify dirt, equipment damage, and potential safety hazards.
- Hear and communicate effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation, to receive instructions and respond to safety alerts.
- Work in dusty, humid, wet, hot, cold, and outdoor environmental conditions.
- Maintain awareness of surrounding equipment, changing work conditions, and potential hazards.
