Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to understand their insurance needs and educate them about life insurance options.
- Analyze clients' financial situations, assess their risk profiles, and recommend suitable life insurance policies to meet their specific needs.
- Utilize digital tools and software to provide quotes, complete applications, and facilitate the underwriting process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and providing personalized service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant information and advice.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in life insurance sales or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and helping others.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, software, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of different life insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations is a plus.
- Life insurance license [if applicable], or willingness to obtain one.
- High school diploma/GED required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
