Duties
- Use time management to meet timelines .
- Utilize project management software such as Contractor foreman and Procore for tracking project progress.
- Manage sites while preforming work to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow on job sites.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts on-site.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
