What you will do:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and live chats relating to tires and other automotive services
- Engage in upbeat conversations with customers to gain insight into their needs and provide solutions
- Discuss product features and pricing options
- Process orders and schedule appointments
- Effectively utilize POS software and phone systems to service customers
- Recommend repairs & products and manufacturer recommended maintenance
- Maintain product knowledge and attend continuing training sessions
- Support and achieve individual and team sales objectives
Qualified candidates will have:
- Call center experience and/or automotive service industry experience
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent sales skills
- Professional problem-solving techniques
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Upbeat and friendly attitude
- Acceptable MVR, Background, and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
