We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our residents at the community clubhouse, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role may also fill in at the community Pro Shop as needed. Candidate will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency is necessary to train on various platforms utilized in our operations. Must be available to work weekends.
Applicant must have flexible schedule to work weekdays and weekends depending on needs. Schedule will be determined ahead of time with management.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered.
- Support office staff with personal assistant tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, concierge or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
