About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our New York City team and expand our business initiatives throughout the US market. In this role, you will be the driving force behind Trois Prime’s growth, identifying new business opportunities, forging key partnerships with healthcare and pharma leaders, and collaborating with our teams to shape innovative digital solutions.
This is a highly proactive outbound business development role focused on generating new relationships and opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound initiatives, events, and strategic research;
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning Trois Prime’s capabilities to meet their goals;
- Collaborate closely with the US Country Lead to develop and execute outreach strategies;
- Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients;
- Attend relevant client and industry events as needed (including potential evening/weekend events);
- Travel may be required for client meetings, congresses, and industry events;
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to support Trois Prime’s growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing, medical communications, or the healthcare industry;
- Proven track record in lead generation and developing new business pipelines;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and engage high-level decision-makers;
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools (Hubspot, Monday, LinkedIn);
- Ability to work with complex scientific concepts, or strong interest in the life sciences;
- Knowledge or strong interest in digital tools and innovations.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is between $65k and $75k annually, depending on experience, plus incentive compensation (bonuses, uncapped commissions). On-target first-year earnings are expected to exceed $90k for successful candidates.
