Job Title: Montessori Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a caring and reliable Teacher’s Assistant to support classrooms serving children ages 18 months–3 years.
The assistant will work alongside lead teachers to help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily classroom activities and routines
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Helping maintain a clean, organized classroom
- Assisting with transitions, snack/lunch, outdoor play, and rest time
- Supporting diapering and potty training as needed
- General classroom and light cleaning duties
Qualifications:
- Experience with young children preferred
- Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Early childhood education: 1 year (Preferred)
