Infant Teacher to join our team immediately. This position may be part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate’s availability.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Must be available to start at 7:15–7:30 AM
- Part-time and full-time options available
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants
- Follow individual feeding, bottle, diapering, and sleep schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe infant environment
- Engage infants in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
- Communicate effectively with other staff and families
- Follow all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- Work cooperatively as part of our childcare team
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and able to consistently work the required early-morning schedule
- Previous infant or childcare experience is preferred
- Must have a current childcare background check or be able to successfully complete and pass all required background checks
- Must be comfortable caring for multiple infants in a licensed group childcare setting
- Must be patient, attentive, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team
- Ability to meet North Dakota childcare licensing requirements for the position
We are a small, play-based childcare program in Fargo serving infants through preschool-age children. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies and wants to be an active, dependable member of our team.
