This is an on-the-road business development and relationship sales position focused on generating qualified opportunities and building long-term partnerships with:
- Luxury home builders
- Interior designers
- Realtors
- Architects
- Property managers
- Commercial businesses
- New construction communities
- Purchasing agents
- Homeowners

Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships with builders, designers, and commercial partners
- Visit job sites, model homes, offices, and businesses throughout the Indianapolis metro market
- Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities
- Follow up consistently with current and prospective partners
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships
- Deliver marketing materials and product education
- Represent The Window Valet brand professionally in the field
- Track daily activity, appointments, and lead generation efforts
- Work directly with ownership and leadership on growth initiatives
- Attend networking events, industry events, and community opportunities
- Help identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
Performance Expectations

Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales, networking, or relationship-building experience preferred
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Comfortable with warm and cold outreach
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Indianapolis area
- CRM or basic technology experience preferred
