We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments through the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality in a fine dining environment, creating a memorable experience for each guest.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for drink preparation measurements and cash handling tasks.
