At TLS Air & Insulation our Selling Techs/Comfort Advisors combine consultative sales with hands-on mechanical work. You’ll meet homeowners who already need service, win their trust, recommend the right solution, close the sale—and then perform the repair yourself or sell a new system
What Makes This Role Different

What You’ll Actually Do
This is a sales role first, but you’ll also get your hands dirty. Every day you will:
Sell
- Meet homeowners on scheduled Tune Ups , Service Calls, and Tech Turned Leads
- Build trust quickly, explain options clearly, and close repair or upgrade sales.
- Use your own trade specific tools to complete the repairs you sell.
Serve
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business.
- Collect payments and document each job.

What We Require
- Valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
- Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software.
- Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.
- (PREFERRED) Documented history of selling HVAC equipment
