ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Spray Technician to apply professional-grade weed control and fertilizer treatments to residential and commercial properties. You'll work outdoors, manage your own route, and make a visible difference for customers — all while building a long-term career in the green industry.

PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay: $40,000- $60,000+ a year (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Apply pre- and post-emergent herbicide treatments
- Apply granular and liquid fertilizers following customized treatment plans
- Identify weeds, turf diseases, and pest issues and recommend treatment adjustments
- Mix and load chemical solutions; calibrate equipment to ensure correct application rates
- Complete daily service logs, chemical usage records, and customer communication notes
- Perform basic equipment maintenance (clean nozzles, inspect hoses, flag issues)
- Follow all state pesticide regulations and wear required PPE at all times

REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work habits
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Nice to have:
- State pesticide applicator license (we'll sponsor you if you don't have one)
- 1+ year of lawn care, agriculture, or landscaping experience prefered but not required
- Familiarity with turf grass species and weed identification or willing to learn
- Experience operating ride-on equipment
