Ideal candidates will have a background in Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical to complete routine Manufacturing Plant Maintenance.

Position Summary:
Facility maintenance Technician position involves performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain and repair building systems - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components within the facility. The essential goal is to ensure the functionality and safety of the facility through routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and responding to repair requests. Tasks may include carpentry, painting, cleaning, minor electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, and managing work orders while adhering to safety regulations and building codes as well as maintaining manufacturing equipment which could involve regular inspection, preventative maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions for essential repairs, making notes and recommendations accordingly.
- Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.).
- Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.).
- Reconfigure, install, position, and remount modular offices and space (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks.
- Prepares and paints walls and woodwork or performs other types of refinish; installs or repairs carpet; performs custodial duties as required. Maintains a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools (e.g. sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc.).
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
- Follows company rules and procedures.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of related experience in facility maintenance or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Stable work history - at least 1 year of continuous employment with previous organizations
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing; ability to work with co-workers and the public.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment common to the building trades.
- Self-starter and team player.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
(#2) Facilities Associate needed for Pharma manufacturer in Moorestown, NJ

Salary: $49,920 to $52,000 per year (DOE)
Position Summary: Performs routine upkeep and maintenance of facility.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Paint, repair damage to walls, install shelving and racking throughout the facility.
- Repair and renovate non-GMP areas such as bathrooms and kitchens, which may include minor plumbing and flooring installation.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance materials.
- Performs appropriate daily and weekly cleaning procedures in warehouses, dock areas, and common and specific production areas.
- Performs appropriate weekly and quarterly cleaning procedures on refrigeration equipment.
- Completes associated forms and logbooks.
- Follows Documentation and Confidential information procedures.
- Observes Standards of Personal and Packaging Room Safety.
- Responsible for completing ongoing SOP and quarterly cGMP training.
- Other duties as assigned.
