Leonard's Bakery™ has been serving high quality baked products since 1952. Our most famous pastry is the malasada, a Portuguese donut without a hole. We fry generously-sized balls of dough until it’s golden brown on the outside and light & fluffy on the inside.
We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our team to help wash and sanitize cooking equipment in a fast-paced kitchen. No experience is required as all necessary training will be provided. However, the preferred candidate will have experience working in restaurants, as well as knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner.
- Place clean dishes or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service preferred.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for duration of work shift (up to 8 hours).
