Seeking Per Diem Attorney – Criminal & Family Law (New Jersey)
We are seeking a reliable and experienced New Jersey–licensed per diem attorney to handle appearances and limited-scope matters in criminal and family law throughout New Jersey. Position can turn to an associate attorney position.
Responsibilities include:
- Court appearances in criminal and family matters
- Adjournments, status conferences, and motion hearings
- Arraignments, compliance conferences, and case management
- Providing clear and professional representation consistent with firm standards
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
- Experience in criminal and/or family law preferred
- Strong courtroom presence and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive
- Ability to provide timely reporting following appearances
Compensation:
Competitive per diem rates, commensurate with experience.
Location:
New Jersey (various county courts)
