Position Details
- Available: Immediately
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday (On-Call, 24-hour availability)
- Hours: On-Call / 30+ hours per week
- Pay Rate: Negotiable
Job Duties
- Provide janitorial support when regular cleaners are absent (vacations, call-outs, etc.).
- Perform hard floor care projects, including:
- Stripping
- Waxing
- Buffing and polishing
- Perform carpet cleaning services as needed.
- Travel to multiple client locations throughout Connecticut.
- Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across all assigned sites.
- Follow company safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on assignment.
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience required.
- Experience with floor care (stripping & waxing) and carpet cleaning is required.
- Must have a clean background check.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be willing to travel to various locations across Connecticut (REQUIRED).
- Must have a flexible on-call schedule.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
