Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our business functions, drive operational excellence, and foster sustainable growth. This role oversees the development and execution of operational strategies; manages large-scale organizational change initiatives; and ensures seamless business operations across multiple departments. This leader is instrumental in enhancing efficiency, profitability, and overall organizational performance through innovative process improvements, strategic planning, and effective team management. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering (BSME/IE), or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience in a progressive leadership role in aerospace manufacturing or a related industry, including management experience with 20–100 employees.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with and working knowledge of composites manufacturing.
- Experience in inspection and reading blueprints.
- Strong team leader and coach who treats others with dignity and respect.
- Good character and excellent work ethic.
- Self-motivated problem-solver.
- Experience with and working knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards.
- Experience with MRP and Lean Manufacturing concepts and software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
