Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address the unique needs of each resident, focusing on promoting independence, safety, and overall well-being.
Conduct thorough evaluations, assessments, and treatment sessions to address cognitive, physical, and sensory deficits, as well as develop strategies to enhance daily living skills.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring holistic and patient-centered approaches.
Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment plans, and progress.
Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
