Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med Surg/Tele RN)

Duration - 13 Weeks
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night shift position in a high-acuity acute care hospital. Candidates must have recent experience in hospitals of similar size or larger, or in Level I/II Trauma Centers.
Assignment Details:
- Night Shift Position
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage required as needed
- Excessive time off requests and fixed scheduling requests will not be considered
Required Qualifications:
- Active New York State Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the last 2 years)
- Experience in a hospital of similar or greater size, or a trauma center environment
- Ability to independently provide acute care nursing with minimal orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience
- Epic Electronic Medical Record experience

- Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation
- Comprehensive Nursing Assessment
