You understand that helping a resident maintain or improve the ability to transfer independently, walk to the dining room, or safely participate in daily routines and age appropriate activities can enhance dignity and quality of life. You believe therapy is about relationships, consistency, and helping people live their best lives—whether they're here for rehabilitation or have lived here for years.
We're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant Manager who is passionate about serving the long-term care population while helping lead a strong rehabilitation team.
What You'll Do
- Treat a caseload that includes long-term care residents, a bariatric population, and an incredible resident life program with community outings and programming designed to maintain and enhance resident function. Have fun while you work!
- Mentor and support fellow clinicians to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care.
- Partner with nursing, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Help create a culture focused on clinical excellence and outstanding outcomes.
- Assist with daily department operations while remaining connected to patient care.
