Benefits:
Health/Vision and Simple IRA. Hours will vary as we are a 24/7 hospital. Receptionists are typically scheduled 40 hrs. between Sun-Sat, late afternoons and evenings. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.
Here is a brief breakdown of responsibilities.
- Superior people skills required and bilingual-Spanish is preferred
- Have ER patient triage knowledge; properly assess and discern emergent cases
- Client-focused. Excellent phone skills. Greet clients and accurately collect intake information and treatment authorization. Answer patient questions/concerns.
- Investigate and present payment options
- Prefer experience with practice management software (Cornerstone software is used at this practice).
- May present comprehensive treatment plans to patients (prepare, present, maintain accuracy, and professionalism).
