Style Clan is an entrepreneurial apparel company that develops private label collections for leading brands while also owning a growing family of brands, including Lords of Harlech, LT Bowery 1826, 282 Merino, and Hunting Feet Socks.
Our business spans wholesale, ecommerce, retail, and product development, serving customers throughout the United States and Europe, with a flagship retail store in Amsterdam.

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Marketing, Sales & Ecommerce Coordinator to help support the growth of our brands and private label business.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across marketing, ecommerce, wholesale sales, trade shows, and business operations.
Every day is different. One day you may be creating social media content, the next organizing samples for a trade show, contacting retail buyers, updating our Shopify stores, or helping launch a new product. If you enjoy variety, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Ecommerce
- Create and schedule social media content across multiple brands.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, ecommerce merchandising, and Shopify website updates.
- Support influencer, affiliate, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize new technology and AI tools to improve productivity and marketing.
Sales & Business Development
- Research prospective wholesale accounts and retail partners.
- Contact retail buyers by phone and email to introduce our brands, schedule appointments, and invite buyers to trade shows.
- Prepare sales presentations, line sheets, and marketing materials.
- Maintain CRM records and assist with customer follow-up.
Trade Shows & Operations
- Organize product samples and prepare merchandise for photo shoots, customer meetings, and trade shows.
- Assist with trade show planning, setup, and attendance.
- Help support daily operations across marketing, sales, ecommerce, and customer service.
- Jump in wherever needed with a positive, team-first attitude.
Qualifications
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and building relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Passion for marketing, ecommerce, fashion, or business.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required. Experience with Canva, Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, or CRM software is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer meetings.

- This is a full-time, onsite position based in Charlotte, NC.
