Respond to crisis phone calls, walk-ins on-site, and provide on-site risk assessments within Vanderburgh County.
Complete comprehensive risk assessment, consult with supervisor and/or psychiatrist on-call for recommendations.
Provide follow-up and care coordination for clients served.
Mobile Crisis Team will provide a presence on-site at a specialized crisis shelter to monitor, engage, and coordinate referrals for participants.
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field of study.
Experience working with mental health, addiction, and homeless population preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
Commitment to improving access of mental health services in our community.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
